Whether you’ve been barbecuing for years or are new to this wonderful outdoor way of cooking, our Backyard Workshop will help you take your BBQ skills to the next level. This workshop is a hands-on experience aimed to improve your techniques or learn new ways of utilising your BBQ to become the envy of your friends and neighbours. During this class we will prepare and cook a selection of dishes including Ribs and Chicken that you will get to enjoy at the end of the class.

Next Level ‘Wanderlust’ BBQ Feast
You’ve been on the Backyard BBQ Class, you’ve taken what you’ve learnt Home and impressed your family and friends, but now they’re getting bored again … it’s time to take your BBQ Skills to the next level!
This new Class will help you do just that. We will cover Low ‘n’ Slow, Hot ‘n’ Fast and Rotisserie cooking. We will cook dishes such as Porchetta (rolled stuffed pork), Crusted lamb shoulder, Chicken Doner Kebab and beef brisket. We will cook vegetable dishes and accompaniements that complement the foods, including flatbreads. We will also cook a dessert on the BBQ.

This seasonal class runs from October to December and will show you how to get the best results from cooking your Christmas Turkey, Ham and some of the trimmings on your Barbecue, leaving your indoor oven free to perfect your Roast Potatoes and Yorkshire Puds (which we will also show you how to make).
