We publish new BBQ Workshop dates throughout the year. Do please keep checking back if you can’t see a date that suits you.

We have taken the decision to close the lids on our barbecues for the final time in autumn 2025, so this will be our final year of operation. If you have a voucher or certificate, this must be used before November 2025, please select an available date and email us with your voucher code, we will confirm your booking by return email.

Jackie has over 30 years experience of BBQ, producing everything from simple fare, gourmet cookery, low ‘n’ slow, hot ‘n’ fast American style BBQ and baking on the BBQ; as well as commercial catering experience.
