You’ve been on the Backyard BBQ Class, you’ve taken what you’ve learnt Home and impressed your family and friends, but now they’re getting bored again … it’s time to take your BBQ Skills to the next level!
This new Class will help you do just that. We will cover Low ‘n’ Slow, Hot ‘n’ Fast and Rotisserie cooking. We will cook dishes such as Porchetta (rolled stuffed pork), Rotisserie stuffed lamb, Chicken Doner Kebab and beef ribs. We will cook vegetable dishes and accompaniements that complement the foods, including breads. We will also cook desserts on the BBQ, showing how to best use the dying embers of the fire.
The Class will last approximately 6 hours and costs £100 per person. There will be plenty to do and eat during and after the class. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
